By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

All products are made to order.
Orders must be placed 5 days in advance.

Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.

Cancellations & Refunds

All our bakes are freshly made to order and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us with photos within 24 hours. We may require evidence. We will at our discretion offer a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns of perishable goods except in case of defect.

Limitation of Liability:

Made by Meg Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your order. Total liability is limited to the cost of the order.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. illness, supply shortage, severe weather). In such cases, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives / refunds.

Payment Methods and Security:

We accept payment via card /Apple Pay/Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure

Privacy & Data:

By placing an order, you also agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use and store your personal information.

Delivery and Pickup

We do not currently offer delivery.
Pickup location confirmed after payment confirmation.
Pickup times will be arranged at checkout or via message.
